Post subject: Reunion
Okay all, I'm totally aware that this is about Christmas and it's September(and
that I started writing in July), but I'm also heinously aware of my writing
skills and how I tend to start stuff and never finish... so I figured if I
started writing in July and posting chapters of whatever enough of you kind kind
people will kick me until I finish the story. OKay? Thanks a bunch!

'Oh Quatre! I'm so excited! We get to see all of our friends
again!! It's going to be oodles of fun!' Kiki scampers off to find presents or
make cookies or some other treat for her friends. A blond boy of about eighteen
years watches his love run off and shouts back, 'Kiki, you make it sound like we
haven't seen them in years, it's been what, maybe a week since we last saw
them.' She turns back and replies, 'Well Quatre, it's two weeks too long. Unlike
SOME people I LIKE seeing my friend everyday!' She continues about her business
and Quatre chuckles to himself and sneaks off to find his bag of goodies for
their friends. You see it was the second year reunion of the defeat of OZ, the
White Fang and whatever other assorted groups were trying to destroy the Earth
by the Gundam pilots. Everyone was supposed to attend, including Heero. Although
Kiki had quite the time trying to track him down, he was finally traced in one
of the colonies hiding out under the name of Duo Maxwell AGAIN.
'So Quatre,
what do you think will happen this year?' Kiki inquires after securing six dozen
cookies, three chocolate cakes and a whole bunch of little gifts for everyone.
'I wonder if Woofie will try to kill Milly again. That was pretty funny last
year.'
'Milly?'
'Yessssssssss…. Milliardo, or Zechs. I just call him
Milly. But whatever happens we'll all have SO much fun! I just can't wait!'
'Well you're going to have to. We're hosting it and everyone's coming here.
And we're as early as we can possibly be.'
'But Quatre…' Kiki whines, 'Can't
we go pick them up or something? I hate waiting!'
'So I've noticed, but
they're coming from all over the place we can't get them all. And if we did it
would take longer. Let's just put out the food and wait.' He walks over to her
and wraps his arms about her waist. 'Besides, I like it when we're alone.' They
move closer together and right before they kiss the doorbell rings. Kiki jumps
out of Quatre's arms and screams 'Someone's here!!' When she throws open the
door she greets another boy of about 18. He's taller than Quatre and with much
longer chestnut brown hair. He grins sheepishly under a baseball cap and
sunglasses and grabs Kiki.
'My wittle Kiki! Look how much you've grown!
You're such a big girl now… why just the other day…' The two look like they
could be brother and sister. Another girl about Kiki's age comes in. She has
short dark hair and is wearing a buret. She throws up her hands in mock
exasperation. 'Duo! I can't take you anywhere.' She laughs and walks over to
Quatre. 'Ya know what Quatre, we're gonna have to watch out or those two might
just run away together.' Apparently Duo and Kiki heard this and started
laughing. 'Hilde, darling, sweetheart, how could I ever leave you for that?' Duo
asks, pointing to Kiki.
'Oh yah, thanks a lot Duo. Besides, why would I ever
want you when I have Quatre?' They stick their tongues out at each other and
start making faces till everyone starts laughing. A shadowy figure stands in the
doorway. 'Laughing is for weaklings.' Yet another boy has arrived. He's the same
age as both Duo and Quatre but with short black hair. The boy is Chinese and
wearing a white robe like outfit. Kiki jumps up and shouts 'Woofie!! You made
it! Totally cool!' 'Woofie', or as everyone else knows Wufei, shudders in
disgust at his little nickname. 'Yes Kiki. We're here.' A woman in her late
twenties shows up behind Wufei. 'Hi Kiki. Don't let him get you down. He's been
really excited about this party for the past three weeks.' Wufei growls and
walks inside.
'Sally!! You came too! Wonderful. This is going to be the best
party ever,' Kiki exclaims when Sally enters.
The gang chats up a storm
about how nice everyone looks and how good it is to see each other when the
doorbell rings. And, surprise surprise another eighteen year old boy enters the
house. He has jagged and pointy brown hair that covers one eye and leans back
against the doorway. A girl older than Kiki but younger than Sally with curly
brown hair comes in behind the boy with a smile. 'Hey ya'all, you weren't gonna
start the party without us were ya?'
'Cathy! And Trowa. Oh you two, come on
in. How's the circus act?' In response Trowa does a front handspring over to the
table, bows and grabs a cookie. 'I take that as a 'good'…' Kiki and Cathy start
talking and soon the house is in uproars. Relena and Heero are the next to enter
the house. And the bunch of boys reminisce of the good old days when they got to
fight all day long. Yah… very good.
About to explode with curiosity Duo
finally blurts out, 'Wufei, how come Kiki gets to call you Woofie? If anyone
else did, you'd kill them.' Wufei grumbles and shudders at the name.
'It's
not like I have any real choice about the matter…'
'Yah, he killed my
father, it's his pay back to me.' Kiki smirks and goes back to talking with the
girls.
Wufei mutters to himself about how it would be better to still have
that maniac Treize around so he wouldn't have to be shamed with such a silly
name when another quietly enters the household. This time Relena is the first to
see them. 'Brother!! You came. And you too, Miss Noin! It's so great to see the
two of you.'
The man with long white hair smiles and hugs his younger
sister. 'Relena, it's been awhile since I saw you last. You're looking lovely.
And Kiki, this was a great idea for Christmas.'
'Yah, but the only problem
is that on the colonies it looks like spring time outside… I wish it was
snowing.'
'Snow… snow… what is this?' jokingly muses Duo. 'Yah, it would be
pretty awesome to have some snow this Christmas. Kinda like that time your
little sister tried to take over the planet.' Duo ducks to avoid Kiki's slap.
'She is SO not my sister. Just because she's my deceased father's love child
does NOT make her related to me. She is SO a Barton it's not even funny.'
'Right… you're just bitter that she tried it first.' He ducks again but was
too slow for Kiki's fast smacking action. As she goes in for another thwack more
people enter the house. There's a middle-aged woman wearing glasses and a young
girl probably about nine or ten years old in front of her. Kiki blushes and
hopes the girl didn't hear her little declaration. Apparently she hasn't.
'Kiki!! Big sister! I'm so glad I have a sister, being an only child is so
lonely.' Kiki softens up a bit and hugs the little girl. 'Oh Mariemaia, you
think YOU were lonely, I've had to go seventeen years as an only child!' Kiki
picks her up in one arm and hugs Lady Une with the other. 'I don't want to say I
told you so, but I did! You look gorgeous with your hair down like that.'
'Oh Kiki! It's been so long since we've seen each other last! I've missed
all of your fashion tips and hair styling.'
'Well, we'll just have to have a
sleep over won't we? It'll be oodles of fun!'
Duo and Zechs start playing
with each other's hair and mimicking the girls. 'Oh yes! I do LOVE what you've
done with your hair! OH oh oh! Sleep over!!' Duo squeals in a high pitched
voice. 'Oooh! That'll be BOODLES of fun!' Zechs mocks back at him. Hilde and
Noin hang their heads in exasperation and sigh. 'We just can't take them
anywhere can we Hilde?' Noin asks. Hilde nods in agreement.
'And Zechs. It's
oodles, not boodles. Silly boy. But even if we have a big sleepover we still
won't have snow…'
A shadow stands in the doorway and says, 'Well, we could
always go to my house on Earth. There are plenty of rooms. Wouldn't you agree
Kiki?'
Kiki turns around in utter excitement. 'Father?!! Is it really you?'
She runs over to the man in the doorway and grabs hold of him. 'Oh Daddy! You're
alive you're alive you're alive!!' The rest of the gang stares in disbelief at
father-and-daughter finally united again. Wufei pensively watches them and
begins to smile, a big huge smile, the only one any of them have ever actually
seen. He jumps up into the air and shouts, 'Yes yes! I'm free of that stupid
nick name! You can't call me Woofie anymore Kiki! I DIDN'T kill your father and
you have nothing to hold against me! Ah ha ha ha! Ah ha ha ha ha!'
'Hold it
there sword boy,' Kiki retorts over her shoulder, 'You still ALMOST killed him,
and he was basically dead to me for two years, SO I still keep all name calling
rights.'
'NO!!! Nick names are for the weak!!' Wufei glowers off to the
cookie table.
'But Daddy, how ever did you survive? I mean, Tallgeese, laser
thingie, bam, and kaboom. It blew up. I saw it all happen.'
'Oh never mind
that, I'm alive and that's all that matters. So, now the rumor is that my little
girl has been married. And who, might I ask, has the pleasure of being bound to
my daughter for the rest of his life?'
Quatre sheepishly steps forward and
takes Kiki in his arms. 'I do sir. And we're quite happy together, even if there
isn't any snow in the colonies.'
'Hmm… ah yes, Quatre Raberba Winner. Good
family name, wealthy, a business man as I recall and not too ugly but he'll do
for my daughter.'
'DADDY!! Quatre's absolutely perfect just the way he is.'
Kiki leans over and kisses her husband. 'And I love him, so nyah!' Quatre
blushes deeply as Kiki sticks her tongue out at her once dead father. Little
Mariemaia steps up to Treize and finally asks, 'Are you my daddy? 'Cause Kiki
said you were her daddy and she's my sister so does that make you mine?'
Treize bends down to the nine year old and smiles. 'Well, I guess that means
I am. And is your mommy Miss Une taking good care of you?'
Kiki interjects,
'Mommy? Lady Une isn't my MOM, she's my friend. You're pulling way too many
things out at once on me Father. Let's take this all one step at a time.'
'Who's pulling the fast one's Kiki? I leave for a day and my daughter's runs
off to be with a Gundam pilot, and next thing I know she IS one and then she's
trying to defeat me and my army. Oh and then the real kicker, before I even
formally meet this young man she marries him! At least you've KNOWN Lady Une
before I married her.'
Now Zechs has a point to make. 'Well, as much as I
like watching this little love fest between father and daughter, I say we get
the real party started, so are we going to Earth or not?' Relena jumps up and
down in excitement and grabs onto Heero's arm. 'Oh let's go let's go! It'll be
SO much fun!' Heero grumbles to himself and attempts to pry Relena off of him.
He fails miserably and drags her over to get another cookie.
'Oh please can
we go?! We can use the company ships, isn't that right Quatre?' Kiki winks and
grabs onto Quatre. 'Pweeeeeeeeeeease?' She pouts at him and he shakes his head.
'Fine Kiki, we'll go… and we worked so hard on decorations.' Kiki squeals and
jumps in delight. 'Yesssssssssssssssss!! Ch ching!! And we'll decorate the house
when we get there! It'll be a Christmas to remember!'
'Every Christmas I've
known Kiki has been memorable…' Duo mutters. 'Two wars and now what?'

It's very good Kiki. I love the part with Zechs and Duo,And Zechs. It's oodles,
not boodles. Silly boy. (lol) That was the cutest part. Do you have anymore
fan-fictions?
