It had been several years since the battle for the planet and again
sephiroth had ended. Since the planet was once again seemingly safe, the
members of AVALANCHE went their separate ways. No one really wanted to leave each other but there was no reason to stay.

Tifa had moved to kalm with Cloud. Together they opened up a new bar. Cid returned to Rocket town and worked in his pride and joy, the Highwind. Red XIII went back to Cosmo Canyon as its new protector. Caith Sith was carefully tucked away in a closet at Reeve's new office as president of Shinra. Barret took Marlene with him as he journeyed back to corel and was trying to return the town to its once prosperous era before the Shinra came. Yuffie was doing the same in Wutai. Before the war against Shinra, Wutai was a bustling town. Now they are barely making ends meet. Vincent, on the other hand, had nowhere to go.

He had slept in his coffin for all those years to atone for his sins.
That was why he joined AVALANCHE, to get revenge on Hojo for what he had done to Lucrecia. But now that the battle had ended he spent many lonely nights in the mansion in Nibleheim. He would lonely wonder around searching for a new meaning for his life, but found none. Occasionally, one of the monster would pick a fight with him but they were no match for the death penalty, or any form of his limit breaks. Sometimes he would venture off to the waterfall where he had found the death penalty and the manual for his fourth limit break, Chaos. He would arrive with the slightest glimpse of hope that Lucrecia would be there waiting for him, but he knew it would be empty. Just like his heart.

He tried searching for others, but no woman seemed to be able to fill the gaping hole left behind by his one true love. he was a circle, unable to move on for a piece of him was missing, gone, never to return. He even tried to end it all, several times in fact, but was always rescued by one of his limit breaks. He braved to enter the sleeping forest without the lunar harp but his Hellmasker form always brought him back safely. He constantly stuggled to engage in battles to powerful for him. A desperate but futile attempt because Galian Beast and Death Gigas were all too powerful for them all. He attempted numerous death-defying leaps off the cliffs of Junon, but unfortunately for Vincent, Chaos came to the rescue. He pondered about asking his friends for help, but he knew it was hopeless. They would never do such a thing. He was destined to wander the planet, alone.

I like the 'He was a circle...' line. It's a really good image.
Very nice. icon_smile2.gif
