Tutorial
I've noticed a couple members mentioning that they don't know how to use
photoshop, so here is the page that first helped me learn. The site moved but I
found where the photoshop tutorials are..
Here is an excellent resource
about how to color using photoshop, and if you go to the main site, it'll give
you more tutorials about hand drawing, etc. ^__^

How do you set Preserve Transparency in PSP7? In the tutorial there's a pic
of a check box with 'Preserve Transparency' but PSP7 doesn't have one T_T

the only way I know how to do that is to save the file as
a .PSD or a Compserve .GIF choosing just the .GIF wont do it.

goto File -> Export -> GIF image.....it asks you how you want to do the
transparency......
