Poet
Plight of the Poet
Wishes and
dreams on an ocean redeemed
in the ebb and flow of the tide.
On restless
waters of courses uncharted,
where the words of a poet reside.
Uncompassed direction, unattended reflections
adrift alone on the
blue.
Unsearching, though seeking and blindly believing,
then stumbling
upon the truth.
The words are profound and wisdom abounds
from the
gates of heaven and hell.
Unknown to the reader, the poet, the teacher,
is truly a student as well.

I...really like it. It's very true...and it's simply...beautiful. I can't think
of any criticism to make it better.

I love this Poem!! It is one of the most beautiful poems I have heard in a long
time. But I have one question... 'i think its tits the way it is' Is that what
you meant to say???  I really got confused...

Cool I like it.
Although if you were going for a rhyme scheme you messed up in the second
paragraph with blue and truth...

That happens a lot when something comes close and just fits better. If you
notice, a lot of songs have that kind of pseudo-rhyme going.

I've always personally been fond of the every other line rhyme scheme... it
