Your presence that gave me an emotional high
All the hugs, giggles, and smiles.
All the comforting words and cheers
Made my heart race for miles
Even when you came to me in tears
All the memories of you will never perish
I will hold them all close you see
The time spent with you I shall always cherish
You became so very close to me
But now you have left me far behind
You said you would come visit now and then
So I shall think about you from time to time
