The Vow By: Nick Worth Part 1 of ?
Four days, it’s been four
days since it happened. What happened you may ask. I’ll tell you what happened.
It was sunny day on Pirate Isle my family and me were going on a walk looking
for wild Blackberries when they came. Who? You may ask. Well I’ll tell you. The
Black Rouges! The black rouges are a band of nomads stealing from towns after
they’ve killed the inhabitants. Few survive the ordeal. As we entered the town
we saw fire, smoke, and corpses all around. We were lucky the didn’t see us till
we got to our home. My father a former Solider of the Red Stryks still had his
Blade. He went out to face the Black Rouges, he told my mother and I to run
while he and my two older brothers: Perry and Jorge went to fend off the rouges.
As we were leaving the village two scouts entered they passed us not realizing
whom we were. They turned and shouted “Stop or I’ll slay you both!” we just
sprinted into the forest but before we could enter an arrow took my mother threw
the chest she staggered and fell I knew she was dead by the look in her eyes
they were clouded and gray. I ran for my life I ran and I ran till I could run
no more. For two days I hid in the forest many a time I saw rouges search for
me. After a while I knew it was safe so I entered my destroyed village.
Carcasses of Slain Rouges were scattered around the bodies of my brothers and
father I was saddened to learn my Father and Brother were slain defending my
mother and I. It was then I took up my Fathers Sword and Vowed Revenge on the
Black Rouges!
Its not very long but its a start. Any comments?

sounds cool...it sounds a little like the begining of pirates of the
carrabiane but it still sounds interesting.post the rest when yer done
