I heard a lot of good things about the game, so i saw this and have just started watching it.... the the animation is ok and the people dont look as kiddy...it's pretty good so far...

Anyone else seen this? Perhaps one whose played the game and can verify that it adheres to the original storyline?

it takes some liberties with the story. a few extra events here and there.. different scenerios with how they met up with ziggy and momo. all in all its pretty damn good tho. ^_^

I've been hearing a lot about this...I might try and download it later and check it out.

I've watched the first 9 eps. For the most part, it sticks right w/ the plot of the first game starting aboard the Woglinde just before the Gnosis attack.
The anime presenmts relative information (the UMN, the Miltian conflict etc) in a real easy viewer friendly way. Even if you've never played the game, you will understand the story just from the anime.
It takes some elements from the second game and starts mixing stuff in early. It does help the plot flow better (as apposed to waiting 2 years for the next episode :p ) There is more enphisis on the characters too. The scenes between Allen and Assistant Scott are hillarious. They hint at ppl's past involvment w/ each other (Helmer Willhelm chaos Jin Marg Pel etc)
It took me a couple of eps to get past the animation style (every time I turn around the charas change in the way the look ^_^; ) The fleet, the Durandal, the Foundation is all like it was in the game. The night of drinking in the Ironman was pretty good X'D
If ya havent had the chance to see it yet, it's worth hunting down.

Cool story description Lady ^_^. I saw the first episode this afternoon and the drawing didn't excite me a lot. Although the end of the epi made it a lot interesting.

i like the animation style, its not up to full metal panic standards, but it works.. :p

the animation really integrates the first and second game's story lines. i think just about every episode has information in it that was not reveiled until the second game. i like the way the story is unfolding too. although i wish they were a little more graphical with albedo's insanity..

I found an ep. at Suncoast. I didn't really like the Glassy-Eyes. It made them look kinda weird,of course, my opinion.

I'm thinking of dling it just to see some of the stuff actually animated out and to see how closely it does stick to the game (though it sounds pretty close). Sadly I don't think I have room on my harddrives for it.

i didn't think much of them in the game.. but in the anime, they show more of the series 100 and how they actually have their own personalities..

the extra scenes with virgil caught me off guard.. he died so quick in the first game.. but in the anime he made it all the way to the foundation. O_o;
