how many useless items are there in any Final Fantasy game? i remember on FF7, i had about 3 of those 1/26th piece of an airships.. what is the point of items like these? and yet.. why do we keep them? O_o i remember my collection of thousands of useless items and how i never sold any because i thought they'd be usefull eventually. how wrong i was.. but even as more games came out in the series, i still saved those damn items with hope... ff8, ff9, ffx.. so many damn items.. why?

potions are good for the 1st 5 minutes of the game.... after that... :look:

potions in general are pretty useless towards the end of the game anyway, hell even in the middle they start lacking there usage, i rarely ever used potions unless like my main healer was captured or something...or died*remembers aeris and cries*

To heal your character to max HP takes up all of your 99 potions because they only heal like 50 or 40 HP. In FFVIII because all you get from the battles are those screws and things to make your weapons stronger. But you only get one of that so its pointless to get more. I had 99 of all the screws and bolts and things of that sort.

oh yeah potions useless unless u have auto potion :)(when my dad played all he would buy were potions!!made me so mad!!)

lol but the useless items never really mattered because you could always carry like 255 items and 99 of each...

I had no idea you could carry so many items..

There are quite a few useless items on practically any final fantasy game you get... of course if you read up on it you find out what they are all for :3
