Oh oh oh! Me me me! It's pretty bomb. Some of them are so freaking tragic I couldn't stand it.... like Trowa's and Wufei's and Duo's. If you need them, I believe Dubie had them all on http://www.thegwg.com

I read all five pilots and Zechs already and i cant believe they didn't not make it into an anime like a short seriesit would have been the bomb watching a little heero blowing stuff up i could not believe he was such a deadly assisin at a young age

It was originally supposed to be an episode or two. But then they ran out of money and cut the series short. The flashback episode replaced the episode zero stuff, so they just made it into manga.

I loved Duo's and Wufei's because they were intensely lugubrious (that sounds awkward, but I think you know what I'm saying) but Trowa's was just so much more tragic than even theirs. I mean, here's a kid who can kill without blinking and he finally makes a friend who falls in love with him while trying to kill him, and yet, he feels nothing. Killing, love, betrayal, friendship, all of these things are incredibly emotional. Strong reactions naturally complement any combination of these feelings: anger, resentment, bitterness, love, happiness, to name a few. But Trowa feels nothing. There's no reaction. A collossal wave of emotions sweeps over him, and yet he remains unphased. It's incredible. The sorrow doesn't come from Midii betraying Trowa even though she loves him, it's that he doesn't care that they had a relationship at all, that she double-crosses him which leads to the deaths of the men he had been working with; it's as if he's missing an integral part of his humanity. I know I've said this like 28 times already, but he doesn't care. He just keeps going as if it never happened. THAT'S INSANE!!! Duo's and Wufei's were so horribly sad because they (stories and characters) show strong emotions and humanity, even though they are both soldiers who are trained to kill. But the lack of emotions, makes the tragedy of Trowa's past so alive and intense.

Ummm... ^_^; Sorry... I like analysing literature... Gundam literature especially. And I feel as though I've talked too much about Trowa, so... little Quatre's so cute! ^_^

Most of that was from the English dub. He thinks she's weak (not because she's a woman either), that's why he's rather insulting.

Besides, he didn't marry because he was in love. Arranged marriages are a tradition in a lot of countries, even now.

but he had to love her to cry for her and name his gundam after her. Heero is so dedicated to his work he didn't even name his gundam he just kept it 001. I mean using a gun prfessional at 9 or 10 years old is unheared of.

I didn't say he didn't love her at the end. He didn't marry her because he loved her. But he was determined to be a good husband anyways, and that ment looking after his wife. That's why he took that MS out after her. I do think he ended up caring a great deal about her. But I think if he had had his choice to begin with, he never would've gotten married at all.

I see what your saying now. He never really wanted to marry her but he ended loving her anyway. Like heero he never wanted to even meet Relina but ended up loving her. I always use to think Wofei and Sally Poe had some sort of connection, the first time i saw the series i mean.
