yes, look at the screenshots for the eps and read some of the episode summaries to see if its something you'd like. anime costs to much to buy something without knowing more about it. ;) i'd recommend watching some cartoon network episodes, theres one on tonight at 12:30.

It was cartoon network or internet for me... guess which one I chose. I will start having a look on some sites. I have some music from it to. I have a lot of anime music.

I think I will like the series. I read a bit off the wind scar site. I will just get one DVD and get the rest after I know if I like it. They are about $15 here.

Amen to that. Anime is extremely expensive... you buy one CD, and it's usually about 15-20 mins per episode, and there's about 3 episodes to a CD. So that's about $20-40 to even $50 depending on the anime. To me, that's just not worth it... for ANY anime. I'd recommend you to look for downloads on sites or something... unless you can find a really good deal on eBay.

But if you still want to buy it, then go ahead... Inuyasha is pretty cool, I only have one bad thing to say about it, which is: they always have about 3 flashbacks to previous episodes on just one episode... well, probably not that much, but they're constantly showing the same ol' flashbacks, as if they're implying that their fanbase are a bunch of retards that can't remember some important plot that happened just a few episodes ago.

Other than that, Inuyasha is pretty cool, and you should check it out one way or the other.

A store where I live has them for $15 AUD. They love me there too. The flashbacks in the epesodes will come in handy with my short memory! I will look on ebay for some specials.

i haven't noticed as many flashbacks once they got to season 4 and beyond.

btw, a good way to buy anime is in boxsets.. i don't know about other countries, but in the states the individual dvds are way to costly for only a few eps.. in the end you could end up spending hundreds of dollars for only a 26 ep series. and when you think about inuyasha's 150+ episodes.. man, i'd get broke quick. X'D

we buy alot of boxsets on rightstuf's site and only when its on sale. sometimes they have sets on sale for more than 50% off. *bought the first series of orphen for $25*

You have Orphen?! *drool* I would like to buy the box set but that will take months of waiting till the entier box set is out. The relese date for it is april 13th. The only anime box set I own is Gundam Wing. It cost $150 for the box set. They normally have specials on new relese dvd's at the store I go to.
