I don't own an X-box or a Playstation/Playstation II, but it was pretty interesting to hear this from my brother.
He said that one of his pals recently bought an Inu Yasha game for PS II (I think) and that it was a First Person Shooter kind of module.

I don't know how many such games have come out or whether this is the first. Have you guys played it ? What's it like ? If you could post a few pictures of it, it'd be nice too ^_^.

Inuyasha: The Secret of the Cursed Mask (PS2):

I'll have to tell my brother now :p but the games look so cool ^_^. Have you or has anyone played it yet ?

Edited/added part
Now my brother tells me it's an RPG and was explaining to me that you could use the WindScar and what not and blah blah blah against the enemy. He hasn't played it though.

I have both InuYasha games.
Feudal Fairy Tale is a fun fighter game. It has a Street Figther II meets InuYasha feel/look to it. What is humorous is that when Miroku fights a woman, instead of throwing them with the throwing move, he jumps behind them and gropes them.

I just bought Secret of the Cursed Mask about two weeks ago and haven't had a chance to play it as much as I'd like (between that, class, and Paper Mario). But, it's fun. I'll give you more feedback as I get further into it. If you're still hesitant, find a place that rents it, or try to pick it up used.
The graphics aren't as bad as they look in the screen cap's on the case. The backgrounds are gorgeous. It looks just like the cartoon. The moving characters look slightly chibi, but it looks good.

Neither of them are first person view (I can't play first person, they hurt my eyes). Feudal Fairy Tale is a 2-D side scrolling fighter.
Secret of the Cursed Mask is turn-based RPG.

If you have anymore questions about it, I'll answer as best as I can.

It's been a while since I've played it. The tag team swapping is kind of jerky and would piss me off more than anything . But one on one or VS CPU battling flows well. As I said in a previous post, it reminded me a lot of Street Fighter II . The only thing I had to adjust to was that the X button wasn't the main button. I'm way too used to that on PS2.

I've got Secret of the Cursed Mask and played it several times through. Anyone has questions, let me know.
