Okay, I am new and don't know if I can post this and please don't close this topic it is my first one!! The people who played Devil May cry 3 know Dante and Vergil. They are sorta like Inuyasha and Sesshomaru (Hope I spelled his name right). Anyway Dante and Vergil fight like Inuyasha and Sesshomaru fight. So I wanted to know everybody's opinion who is stronger together as brothers Inuyasha and sesshomaru or Dante and Vergil. I think Dante and vergil is because they are powerful. Please post waht you think and don't ignore me like the other message boards did. Please respond thanks!!!:oops:

P.S. me and mu sister get into arguments about this and I WANT TO SHOW HER WHO WILL WIN!!!!!!!!!:happy:

Well im new here too so ill help you out, Sesshoumaru and inuyasha are stronger in my opinion. Dante and his brother cant match up in power or speed so im going to have to agree with your sister.

I would think Inuyasha and Sesshomaru but I don’t think they would work together they would fight etcher and Sesshomaru would win thin kill Dante and Vergil Sesshomaru is that good but that what I think

Well im new here too so ill help you out, Sesshoumaru and inuyasha are stronger in my opinion.

Since Ruckus brought it up, I'll make it more clear. "Sesshoumaru" is the proper Japanese spelling of his name, while "Sesshomaru" is the English spelling.

Anyway, that's a tough call. They are both half-demons and both were the sons of great demon warriors. Sparda took on the entire legion of H*ll and survived to die many years later. Inutaisho was killed fighting a single human after fighting a powerful demon. However, this doesn't make much of a comparison for their sons. I'd say that Dante would stand a good chance against Inuyasha. Both have demon swords and both can take a licking and still get up.

It's hard to make a comparison about Sesshomaru though. Dante MIGHT be able to take him, but not while fighting Inuyasha too.

I think that this would be a very tough call. Dante and Vergil may have the upper hand since they have more weapons and attacks. I don't think that Inuyasha could win against Dante. He has a lot more demon strength than Inuyasha even though they're both half-demons. Inuyasha and Sesshomaru could defeat them if they had help, but I can't see them winning that easily. This would be a great fanfiction

I wanted to thank everybody for their opinion and treating me soo nice. I love this message board and the people are really great. Me and my sister or still debating over who would win. I forgot to say why I think Dante and Vergil would win because Inuyasha is kinda weak and always rushes into to things. Also it would take him a long time to do the windscar and Dante or vergil would kill him already. They would have a hard time with Sesshomaru but he is not enough to compete with Dante and Vergil. They have great demon power. But thanks anyway for the opinions. Also sesshomaru is weak without his swords.

This is Moonprincess;s other sister talking. Kuwabara I DISAGREE WITH YOU!! Really it is game over for Stupid Inuyasha and sesshomaru. They do not stand a chance against awsome Dante and Vergil.

Actually the do. If Inu-yasha went demon. And Sesshomaru got pissed together they are un stopable.

Try to prove your point, don't just flame the guy. And I say that it would be a fast loss for Dante and Virgil, simply because Inu Yasha would use a Wind Scar(or his Backlash Wave) and kill one, while Sesshomaru would use Tokijin and take out the other. No contest if you ask me.

Not to mention the speed difference, sesshoumaru would be untouchable and inuyasha would be faster then the two.

But Inuyasha takes to long saying windscar and Sesshomaru is weak without his swords. Plus Vergil and Dante can turn Full demon mode and they are very skilled fighters. Also they have sheilds to protect therselves and Inuysha and Sesshomaru will eventully get weak. So Dante and Vergil have the Victory because (no offense Inuyasha fans) Inuyasha and sesshomaru Know only 1-2 attacks and aren't very skilled! Dante and Vergil are really really fast. Plus they can stop time and make copies of therselves!! Inuyasha and sesshomaru have weak points rin and kagome. Plus Inuyasha and sesshomaru can't fight well!

That is not what I mean. I do understand the Inuyasha show I watch everyday and own the Manga books. This is waht I mean If Dante and vergil uses kagome or rin Inuyasha (I don't know about sesshomaru) will likely not attack. Rin does not have any power she is a human. Kagome uses those stupid arrows dante can get lucia and trish to kill kagome or rin. Inuyasha will break down crying and attack without a plan. Since Rin and Kagome have the most power that makes Inuyasha and Sesshomaru look really realy weak and bad!!

Kagome's Arrows could take out Dante. I mean they are the strongest in the sense that whoever harms them basically Die. On a Lighter note do you have AIM or MSN so we can debate this before it becomes a flame.

thought this was about the brothers, maybe we should keep the characters who have nothing to do with it out and imagine that its a fight between the four and sessy/inu win over dante and vergil.

Listen Dante can basically take down anything. Don't forget about vergil. They have sheilds to protect them. X'D Sesshomaru could still be alive. Remeber from other Anime there is now a Demon world. Anyways Kagomes arrows are sacred and can strike down any demon. If you watch or read passed season two you'd see that her aim is now deadly. Also watch Movie four and see what they do to Demon Gods.

It would not be pointless. Dante and Vergil have missions to do. They have to seal the demon world. My opinion will never change Dante and Vergil could crush Inuyasha and Sesshomaru!! Sesshomaru is cool but I STILL BELIEVE THAT DANTE CAN KILL INUYASHA BUT HAVE A HARD TIME WITH SESSHOMARU BUT STILL WILL WIN.YOU ARE BEING RIDSICOULOUS. I disagree with Kuwa on that note. There's no reason why Tenseiga cannot be broken. Anyway, the pairing is just too evened out. Dante and Vergil are powerful demon warriors that can take shots as well as dish them out. Same goes for Inuyasha and Sesshomaru. They are all sons of great demon warriors. They all carry demonic swords. It's simply too even to really say who'd win.

However, Moonprincess, I can assure you that having Kagome and Rin around doesn't neccessarily serve as a weakness. Love can be a very powerful motivator. But it doesn't matter anyway. Like Inuyasha and Sesshomaru, Dante and Vergil are proud demon warriors and don't take hostages like some cowardly little punk that just wants to play tough guy. They are better than that. It would be a straight battle.

Dante and Vergil have more fluid and style in their fighting techniques than Inuyasha and Sesshomaru have in theirs. I'm a huge fan of Inuyasha, but I've thought about this very hard and I really can't see Inuyasha and Sesshomaru defeating Dante and Vergil. The battle would be too evenly matched to predict the true winners. If you take every aspect from both the Devil May Cry world and the Inuyasha world and put it all into one battle then Dante and Vergil have a very good chance of winning. It really all depends on your opinion and imagination as to who you think is better. I like all four characters the same.

I look at Inuyasha and Sesshomaru they are very fast. I look at Dante and Vergil they are really fast. I hate to say it but I was just playing Devil May Cry 3 and Dante and Vergil seem mor powerful than Inuyasha and Sesshomaru. But they would have trouble with Sesshomaru not Inuyasha. To Tonhoro u are stupid because yes love is an important factor because vergil and dante love each other and would not fight each other if they are going to fight with each other against another foe for example when the fought with each other against arkam in dmc3 they were buddies, on the other hand sesshomaru and inuyasha will probably try to kill each other during the battle that is one of there major down falls. and to kuwabara u are right kagome arrows are dangerous and her aim is to it is dangerous enough to hit inuyasha and sessomaru instead of dante and vergil. i haven't played devil may cry 3 so i have no opinion about who would win against who. but based on this comment, you obviously haven't seen inuyasha movie 3. they are quite capable of battling along side each other.

Listen after the Inuyasha movie 3 does it look like they are trying to get along? No Inuyasha and Sesshomaru are still trying to fight each other. One wrong word and they would try to kill each other. So to me they would not get along at all trying to fight another foe.

Ok, I just looked at another INuyasha episode and I am really convinced that Dante and vergil would win because without the tetsugia Inuyasha aint nothin without it. He can barley defend himself. So if Dante Or vergil knocked the sword outta of inuyasha's hands it is a automatic defeat. On the other hand Sesshomaru would be tough. But the 2 of them working together they would still defeat sesshomaru. If inuyasha soo fast wuy can't he keep up with Sango's cat? Hmm demon form mean anything to you? seeing as he's even more powerful (in some situations) without the tetsaiga your theory is declined. Demon form inuyasha and sessoumaru = WIN.

I have to disagree with Ruckus to me Inuyasha and Sesshomary are weak in their Full demon forms. Dante and Vergil are stronger in their demon forms. What Sesshomaru is gonna turn to a big dog to get his arm chopped off again. Inuyasha and Sesshomaru would lose and run off with their tail between thir legs!!^_^;
