This is definetly one of the top five DBZ movies. It has good action sequences, is well dubbed, and the animation is very nice.

Plot -
A man named Dr. Kochin has revived his evil master Dr. Wheelo, who died 50 years ago, using the Dragon Balls. Now these two plan to get revenge on the world that shunned their evil inventions so many years ago. But.. there's one problem. Since Dr. Wheelo's body died, his brain has been living on in a glass jar, so he seeks the strongest, healthiest body on Earth to be the new home for his genius brain. After a mishap with believing that this body belonged to Master Roshi, Dr. Wheelo finds out that it really belongs to none other than Son Goku! Will Goku manage to rescue Master Roshi, (and Piccolo), or will he literally lose his mind?

Animation -
For DBZ, this is beautiful. Colorful and sharp, and hardly any grainy spots. Definetly above average.

The Dubbing -
Pioneer blew everyone away with their dubbing of the first three movies. The voices are great, their are no stupid american cultural references, and many of the Japanese names and words are kept intact. Simply an amazing job.

The Subtitling -
For those of you who like to watch the movie in Japanese, you won't be dissapointed. The subtitles are very accurate, with some minor differences between the normal ones and the closed captions, both of whitch are available on the DVD.

DVD Features -
This is where the DVD lacks a little bit. The only real special features are character profiles, and a video library. These two things are still pretty fun to look at/read though.

Overall -
An excellent DBZ movie, one of the best. I suggest buying the DBZ Uncut DVD trilogy, whitch contains this the Dead Zone, this movie, and the Tree of Might. The other two are just as great as this one.
