Hi there. I'm IO, from the distant land of web comics and uncompleted homework, and I have an rpg idea. Unfortunately, not many of the forums I go to have a big rpg group like you guys do.

If I proposed an rpg in which I had a character generator you had to follow and in which I was some sort of game master just to keep the plot flowing, would you think that too arrogant of me? I don't want to be a jerk.

Honestly, I'm just tired of watching my rpgs get ripped apart because nobody wants to work together. You guys look like you do, so can I please?

Many a well-thought-out RPG has failed here. I think it has to do with the relatively small community, and the fact that a lot of people here just don't have the time for it.

That said, it'd be nice if someone were to revive this little section of the forum. If you wanted to, you know, bring a few friends or something...that'd be cool too.

As far as GMing, I doubt people here will think you "arrogant" because of that. Besides, a lot of people here are arrogant as hell...we don't really mind. :p

If you can revive this little area I'll give you a cookie.

As Az pointed out many a well thought out RPG have died early, mostly due to lack of time and the smallness of the community.

As far as GMing goes feel free, I've played D&D for upwheres of 9 years. I'm used to having someone tell me what direction to go in and what not. It's all part of gaming and like Az said most of us won't mind seeing as how we're arrogant little bastards.

I might give it a shot but don't expect huge 5 paragraph posts from me.

Yeah we just don't have the RPers we use too. and the ones we do have just dont have time. Its a shame. SICD 1 was at the right time period. sad to say the other 2 attempts failed due to the interest originally shown not coming through leaving us with not enough people. I was going to try a different type of RPG around last august but decided against. I don't like wasting my time coming up with the story and building a character when it will only last for a week or two.

Sometime in the near future, we'll at least have one more...probably...if she ever decides to post...

I'm up for a good RPG, its been a little while before i have had a good one... i don't mean to spam but has anyone ever visited Gamefaqs? Thats where i got started and i was pretty good because i tried to keep stories going and i got into character more than most... i have seen many of my own fall through the cracks in the floor but if you got a good idea you might as well present it.

Meh, it was stupid of me to get all worked up over something I really should be just writing myself.

...Hey, what if i could try my hand at this... i have before and mine always start off well (most do) but i can atleast give it a shot. I have had some experiance but I am not the greatest at it but here goes...

I will try to have an idea after awhile (maybe 2-3days) as to get a good start and have a few ideas...
